Using & Cleaning

  • After use, simply wipe the Reusable Silicone Mats with a damp cloth. If whiteboard marker has been left on for an extended time, a gentle spray-and-wipe cleaner can help remove any residue. 

    Please note: If a permanent marker or pen is accidentally used, it may leave a permanent stain. 

  • To clean the Magnetic Wall Arch Decal, simply wipe it with a damp cloth after use. For whiteboard markers, washable crayons, or chalk that has been left on for an extended period, we recommend using a spray-and-wipe cleaner or a magic eraser with water. 

    Important: If permanent markers or pens are accidentally used, they may leave permanent stains, so always use child-safe, erasable materials. 

  • After play, simply hang the wet Magic Water Scroll indoors or lay it flat to dry. For quicker drying, place it outside in the sun. Once fully dry, it’s ready to be used again and again for endless sensory fun.

These crayons can also be cleaned off concrete and tiled surfaces using just water, making them perfect for bath time and shower play. 

    Please note: Washable Crayons are not recommended for use on fabric or clothing, as staining may occur.

  • The Magic Water Scroll is designed for mess-free, sensory play using only clean water. Children can paint using brushes, hands, feet, sponges, spray bottles, or even natural materials like leaves and sticks to create patterns and explore creativity. 

    Important: Avoid using paints, pens, or discoloured/muddy water, as these may stain the scroll. Some tools may also scratch the surface, so gentle items are recommended.

Shipping, Orders & Contact

  • We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies. 

    At this time, we ship within Australia only and do not offer international shipping. 

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. 

  • At this time, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping. 

  • Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. 

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. You can read our full returns policy here.

  • To return an item, please email us at support@kidsplayemporium.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for the return process. 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at support@kidsplayemporium.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. 

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
